Information submitted through this site is used solely to respond to your inquiry about Observa, including scheduling calls and providing information about pilot programs. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Client data within the Observa platform

For organizations using Observa to collect behavioral or clinical data, a separate Business Associate Agreement governs how that data is handled, consistent with HIPAA requirements. Contact us for a copy of our current BAA terms.
