Observa is hosted on Amazon Web Services with encryption at rest and in transit, and a Business Associate Agreement is available for organizations that need one.

Does my staff have to change how they collect data?

No. If your team already has a format that works, keep using it. Observa reads it in rather than asking staff to adopt a new device or workflow.

How long does it take to get started?

We are currently running pilots, generally set up within a week of an initial conversation. No long implementation process required.

What does it cost?

Pricing is straightforward and available on request. During the pilot phase, there is no cost.

What if my organization already uses another system, like Therap?

Observa is not meant to replace documentation systems like Therap. It focuses specifically on behavioral data collection and can work alongside what you already have.
