Pilot programs

Observa is currently offered to select organizations as a free pilot, intended for evaluation and feedback purposes. Observa is an early-stage product and may contain bugs or incomplete features. AI-extracted data should be reviewed and confirmed by a qualified staff member before being treated as an official clinical record.

No warranty

Observa is provided as-is during the pilot period, without warranty of uptime, availability, or fitness for any particular clinical, billing, or compliance purpose.

Data ownership

Organizations retain ownership of all data they input into Observa. Observa does not use client data for purposes other than providing the service.

Ending a pilot

Either party may end a pilot at any time. Organizations may request export or deletion of their data upon request.
